The $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package provides immediate relief for children, older adults, and families, works to address the racial and economic injustices that COVID-19 has exacerbated, cuts child poverty in half in 2021, and creates a National Technical Assistance Center on Grandfamilies and Kinship Families.
